🛑STOP! If your AI control plane looks like BPMN, question it.

BPMN was built to coordinate known work.

Agents are different.
🔹They have goals.
🔹They evaluate context.
🔹They decide using in a context.
🔹They choose actions at runtime and act.
🔹They adapt when context and situation change.

That is not the same as following a predefined path.

Because once you model every branch, gateway, and action upfront, you are not really giving the agent control.

💥 You are running an extensive and an expensive script, and maintaining it FOREVER!
… exactly what you did in the RPA era.

Most of “AI control planes” you've been sold, using BPMN-style process as a gate.

They do not to govern decision (i.e. goals, constraints, rules), context, admissible actions and agents.

That will cost you money, rigidity and goals misalignment.

💣 Goal-driven is not procedural automation with an LLM attached.

If your AI control plane looks like BPMN, question it
